The service you paid for has not been delivered at all.
You cancel the project before any work has begun.
In these situations, you must submit a written refund request within 7 days of payment.

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
Change of mind after work has started
Delays caused by lack of communication or required materials from your side
Issues resulting from third-party services or platforms (e.g., hosting, ad platforms)
Completion of a milestone or full project as per the contract

You may request to cancel a service before the work has started.
Once the project is in progress or completed, cancellation will not be accepted.
For ongoing monthly services (like social media or SEO), cancellations must be requested at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.

All refund requests are subject to review by our team. The final decision will be made by WebDevIndia after a fair assessment of the situation.
